3. Digital Delivery

  • All gift cards are delivered digitally via email or secure delivery method
  • Delivery is typically immediate but may be subject to processing delays
  • Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the purchaser

4. Pricing and Discounts

Gift cards are sold below face value. Discounts vary depending on supply, demand, and brand. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. 45-Day Limited Guarantee

CGCN provides a limited 45-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If a card is found to be non-functional at the time of intended use, you must notify us within this period.

  • The guarantee applies only to unused balances
  • We may require verification before issuing a replacement or resolution
  • No guarantee applies after the 45-day period

6. Refunds and Final Sale Policy

All sales are final once a digital gift card has been delivered.

  • No refunds will be issued after a card has been used, redeemed, or added to a retailer account or wallet
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect usage, incompatibility, or user error

7. Buyer Responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct entry and use of the gift card
  • Reviewing brand-specific terms and compatibility
  • Securing the card details after delivery

8. Third-Party Retailers

Gift cards are issued and managed by third-party retailers. CGCN is not responsible for retailer policies, restrictions, or changes that occur after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any gift card.

10. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
